Hi
Really sorry you have been bothered with this. It should have gone to a
different M.Edwards.
Please accept my apologies.

I believe you have sent this to me mistakenly, or else you are mistaking
me for someone else. I am not and have never been a student with the
Physics department.
I do not study Universe as an Art and as such i think you can appreciate
why my attendance on said course would be somewhat below that of your
average student. While it is no doubt a fascinating subject, and your
zeal
in encouraging understanding of the universe is commendable, the course
hardly warrants the attention of *every* student of the university.
Surely
you can be satisfied with the attendance of those students who have
elected to study it?
Furthermore, I have never expressed any interest in the course, and so
it
occurs to me that you might have selected my name by accident, perhaps
whilst trying to contact a genuinely absentee student with a name
similar
to my own.
I trust that a similar clerical error to this one will not result in me
losing my 'Good Academic Standing', or facing any of the other various
disciplinary measures your wayward student risks bringing upon himself.
Yours,
M.Edwards
